AtoZ 2018 – L is for Little Guy by rleeny

We’re inching our way to the midpoint of the April AtoZ Challenge 2018, so to help us get there, check out this Little Guy by American deviantartist Arlene, posting as rleeny.

How cute is this?!  When people think of dragons, often they picture the huge, majestic creatures that are all over my site, but just like people, dragons come in all shapes and sizes!  This artist humbly captioned this in 2011:

I am embarrassed to say that I didn’t even own Photoshop until a few weeks ago, but then I got CS5.5 and this little dragon is the result of my beginning dabblings with the program.

As I always say, I am amazed at these artists who say “Oh this was just a doodle” when they caption these amazing images, because all I can draw are stick figures!  You can find more dragons, comics, and interesting creatures in rleeny’s gallery, including this adorable image titled The Riding Accident.

I’m keeping it simple this year with my theme of “Odds and Ends Dragons” — amazing artwork by artists I’ve come across in past searches, but wasn’t able to find a spot for at the time.  Read more at my Theme Post.

All of these AtoZ posts should appear around 9:05 AM CT (-5 GMT) each day Monday through Saturday.  For even more dragons, check out my 2016 and 2017 posts!

Thanks for reading, take care, and stay creative!
