This painting is called Saigon by graphic design, writing, and illustrating pair Élian Black’Mor and Carine-M.  It is part of a beautiful art book published in November 2011 called In Search of Lost Dragons by the duo, and is just one of many great collections that can be found on their website.

Here’s another from In Search of Lost Dragons, called On the Road Kings Dragons.  I really like their thin, wispy style, where many other times dragons are drawn as heavy and bulky.
